The Potted Pig – Cardiff

Located in a former bank vault basement beneath the city, The Potted Pig restaurant & Gin Lounge shares its passion for modern British food and wonderful Gins through ever-changing, seasonal menus and the odd whole suckling pig! Muriels – Belfast

Located on Church Lane in the centre of Belfast. Muriel’s is famous for Gin and Cocktails, boasting an outstanding collection of gins – more than 100 at last count. It uses good brands, including Short Cross, Dingle and Opihr (to name just a few), as well as using fresh ingredients such as lime, apple and oranges that mean your cocktails are bursting with refreshing flavour.It’s a quirky spot with super friendly staff and the perfect bar in Belfast for after dinner Gin hunting. There is an interesting display around the walls and hanging from the ceiling, why not call in for a look and ask the staff.

Psychopomp Microdistillery – Bristol

A small, independent distillery in Bristol. Their main site of operations is 145 at the top of St Michael’s Hill, Bristol, open to the public 12pm-10pm Tuesday to Friday. They use small, handmade copper pot stills to produce craft distilled Gin in small batches and limited quantities. Creating classic and seasonal recipes for their gin loving customers and supplying them throughout the UK. Woden was their first gin and it is available all year. It is a classic London dry gin with juniper berries, coriander seed, angelica root, cassia bark, fresh grapefruit zest and fennel seed. It is perfect in a G&T with a large wedge of grapefruit or in any classic gin cocktail. They also produce limited runs of seasonal gins as the seasons change. Runs are limited to 750 bottles, each numbered. They hold a number of events for example their monthly distillers table, a distillery tour and tasting and a distil your own Gin afternoon. All perfect for any Gin lovers on a trip to Bristol. 

Jenever – Liverpool

A beautiful contemporary Gin bar situated at 29a Hope Street, the only street in the world with a Cathedral at either end. Named after the Dutch drink from which Gin evolved and filled with over 120 types of Gin, specialty Jenevers and a cocktail menu not to be missed! A stroll near Hope St wouldn’t be complete without a little something from Jenever, whether it be a pre-theatre drink or a lazy afternoon G & T. They also provide specially selected gin tastings held by their lovely bartenders for the ultimate gin tasting experience! Taking you through a brief history of Jenever, revealing a couple of facts here and there before explaining how to palette the four unique Gins, tonics and garnishes which we will provide you with! A must for any G&T lover visiting Liverpool.

Atlas Bar – Manchester

Situated in the railway arches of Deansgate, Atlas Bar has been a Manchester icon for two decades. It has matured into an elegant, quality bar specialising in Gins from around the world; over 420 at the last count! The largest offer in Manchester City Centre. They host various Gin Supper Clubs and Master Classes on Gin which can be found on their events page. They also have a Gin Bible and Gin Password for browsing all the various types of Gin they offer from all over the planet.

Mr Foggs Gin Parlour – London
